Strategic alliances hold amazing potential and benefits, allowing partners to pool resources while concentrating on their competitive advantage and simultaneously growing their respective businesses.

For a grassroots project, we formed successful joint ventures in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh by strategic positioning and successful negotiations with leading groups. These included products, distribution channels, manufacturing capabilities, funding, intellectual property, knowledge and expertise transfer, economic specialisation and shared expenses.

Some of these are running very successfully even today. The group continues to remain debt free with daily cash generation.

We also developed partnerships and established strategy, post a deep and involved study on consumer need and the principal of benchmarking in the Out of Home Food & Beverage Business.
