Creating Brands

We Time studied and analysed the usage of an existing local product in the hospitality sector and created a new position for it. Developed team competencies and ability of a conventional sales team to generate demand in the end users directly, instead of selling the price. Also established the concept of leveraging global brand value of the company, thus giving the package a competitive edge.

Teams were brought in for market customisation and trainings. In-depth understanding and association with the end users helped in extending usage opportunity and consumption opportunity beyond the local retail market. Finally, after establishing and evaluating the process, engaging local champions to assist in the rollout and using feedback to refine the approach, helped to develop new features and increase market penetration.

Created a family branding concept by developing branding and strategy for a local Food Giant to place its products parallel to multinational food brands. Some of these highly visible brands today are leaders in their category.
